• Most of our dresses follow a pre-order system to guarantee the exact size, proper fit, and premium craftsmanship for your little ones.

• All placed orders are reviewed and confirmed within 1 day.

• Due to our detailed custom-tailoring process, production requires 15 to 20 business days depending on the complexity of the dress design.

• If you are purchasing party wear for a special event, please place your order well in advance so we can deliver our finest work without rushing.

• Pre-order items require a partial advance payment for confirmation, while the remaining balance can be settled upon receiving the package.

• We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh, which takes 3 to 5 business days once the outfit is fully tailored and ready.

• Please note that partial deliveries or changes after dispatch are strictly not accepted.

• Confirmed pre-order items cannot be altered, modified, or canceled later.

• Fashion accessories such as earrings, bangles, and sunglasses require 100% advance payment and are strictly non-returnable.

• All monetary payments made for purchased or ordered items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• শিশুদের সঠিক সাইজ ও সর্বোচ্চ প্রিমিয়াম কোয়ালিটি নিশ্চিত করার লক্ষ্যে আমাদের অধিকাংশ ড্রেসই প্রি-অর্ডার সিস্টেমে প্রস্তুত করা হয়।

• অর্ডার করার ১ দিনের মধ্যে কল বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা হয়ে থাকে।

• প্রি-অর্ডার এবং কাস্টম ডিজাইনিংয়ের জন্য ড্রেসের ধরণ অনুযায়ী আমরা ১৫ থেকে ২০ দিন সময় নিই।

• যেকোনো বিশেষ অনুষ্ঠানের পার্টি ড্রেসের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই হাতে পর্যাপ্ত সময় নিয়ে অর্ডার করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, যেন আমরা নিখুঁতভাবে সেরা আউটফিটটি তৈরি করতে পারি।

• প্রি-অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার জন্য আংশিক পেমেন্ট (Advance Payment) করতে হয় এবং বাকি টাকা পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর পরিশোধযোগ্য।

• ড্রেস সম্পূর্ণ রেডি হওয়ার পর বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে হোম ডেলিভারির জন্য ৩ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবস সময় প্রয়োজন হয়।

• ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে কোনো প্রকার আংশিক ডেলিভারি বা প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন গ্রহণ করা হয় না।

• প্রি-অর্ডার প্রোডাক্ট একবার কনফার্ম হয়ে গেলে পরবর্তীতে তা পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।

• কানের দুল, চুরি, চশমার মতো এক্সেসরিজ আইটিমসমূহ অফেরতযোগ্য এবং এগুলোর জন্য সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হয়।

• একবার ক্রয়কৃত বা অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্টের বিপরীতে যেকোনো প্রকার আর্থিক মূল্য অফেরতযোগ্য (Non-refundable)।
